HWG Sababa at the CSET Conference in Genoa: Cybersecurity Solutions for Transportation and Energy

Genoa, Novembre 14, 2024 – The 2024 CSET Conference,concluded yesterday, following two days of insightful discussions held on November 12-13 at the historic Palazzo della Borsa in Genoa. Organized by the Start 4.0 Competence Center, this prestigious international event marked its tenth edition by gathering cybersecurity experts and professionals to address the challenges of protecting critical infrastructure in the key sectors of transportation and energy.

HWG Sababa, a leader in cybersecurity, made a strong contribution to the event through the participation of CEO Alessio Aceti and Omar Morando, Head of OT Security. In the closing session, Omar Morando participated in a roundtable titled “Increasingly Converging IT and OT Systems: In Search of Cyber Resilience” where he addressed the specific security needs of operational environments within critical infrastructure. “Protecting OT systems is essential to the resilience of strategic infrastructure,” ha dichiarato Morando. “This dialogue with leading industry experts is a vital step in understanding and countering the most advanced threats in a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.”
