The agreement stems from the natural complementarity of the two companies’ offerings and their shared commitment to delivering truly integrated solutions that combine advanced cyber defense, reliable infrastructures and continuous operational management.
Specifically, HWG Sababa will provide its advanced know-how in managed security services, HyperSOC™, incident response, digital forensics, threat intelligence and OT security. Gruppo E will bring its capabilities in the design, integration and management of complex networks and infrastructures, alongside artificial intelligence expertise.
The result is an integrated service model that combines infrastructure design capabilities and cybersecurity specialization to effectively address the needs of both public and private markets, from medium and large enterprises to public administration.
The agreement also strengthens the territorial presence of both Groups, combining HWG Sababa’s international vocation with strong national coverage and close operational proximity across the territories where both groups operate.
