Milan, 21 May 2026 – HWG Sababa, an Italian company offering managed services, strategic solutions and cybersecurity consulting, announces the appointment of Marco Fattorelli as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Group.
Having joined the company in November 2020 and grown professionally within HWG Sababa to take on the role of Head of Innovation, Marco Fattorelli has contributed to the development of the Group’s technological capabilities and innovation-driven growth. His appointment comes as part of a broader strengthening and structuring of the company’s leadership team and confirms HWG Sababa’s commitment to recognising internal talent and rewarding expertise, strategic vision and the ability to drive innovation.
In a landscape increasingly characterised by AI-driven attacks and rapidly evolving protection strategies, organisations do not simply need more tools, but rather the ability to integrate them effectively, balancing internal expertise with outsourced capabilities. In this scenario, the role of Chief Technology Officer within a leading MSSP becomes crucial in guiding how companies design, manage and evolve their security posture.
In his new role, Fattorelli will lead HWG Sababa’s technology strategy, with the aim of accelerating the evolution of the Group’s cybersecurity solutions and services and fostering a process of continuous innovation.
